Welcome to Tiger Lily Furniture! I've been in love with everything French, since I visited Paris with my family when I was 16. Something magical about the city! My husband and I do renovations to make a living, and I'm the painter! Here's my hand at painting furniture, and turning outdated vintage pieces, into something beautiful again.

I really enjoyed seeing past customers and new. Thanks for your support, and enjoy your favorite finds!

Almost ready for the market!

I've been sourcing out amazing finds repurposing old things into new and painting my heart away! Here's a few of the things that I'll be bringing to the old farmhouse market on September 28!

Vintage vanity chair

This vanity chair is about 80 years old. I painted it old white and added this beautiful blue and white French fabric. I love the way it looks with the chair. Perfect spot for the front entrance to put on your shoes or lovely in the corner of your bedroom. Available at the old farmhouse market.

French lamp shades

I love the graphic on these lampshades. Very romantic for a bedroom or a lamp on the side table in your living room. The ribbon banner around the graphic is such a pretty touch. Available at the old farmhouse market!

Child's Rockingchair

This little chair has been painted a beautiful yellow. Would look wonderful in a play room or your child's bedroom. Grey and yellow is such a gorgeous combination right now and this chair would be perfect. $45 at the old farmhouse market!

Lavender scented pillows

These linen pillows have a touch of French with beautiful vintage graphics. Lightly scented with organic lavender grown in my front yard. $15 each available at the old farmhouse market on September 28!

Picture perfect

I traded this window frame for a small side table that i had painted. I knew it was perfect for pictures of my family. I printed then all in black and white...4.99 each at Costco. My sister lent me her cricket, and I printed out the quote on dark brown vinyl lettering. I also added a fancy "B" for the first letter of our last name. It's a great new focal point in our family room!

This gorgeous little plant stand has been painted Destin gulf  green. It's my absolute favorite turquoise right now, And I thought it really suited this little piece. I hand transferred  this vintage graphic of a  French bee, and it's all ready for the market!

Pair of tiered side tables

These beautiful little side tables have been painted in old white and distressed for a shabby chic finish. The glass flower knob gives it such a beautiful touch and the interior of the drawers are lined  with a pale blue damask  wallpaper. Gorgeous in the guestroom on, or on either side of the sofa? these little end tables will complement any room. Available on September 28 at the old farmhouse market.

Turquoise china cabinet

My husband and I do reno's for a living, and we scored this china cabinet at one of his clients houses. They were doing a kitchen renovation, and were in need of a microwave\hoodfan combo. We just so happened to have one, that we were trying to sell. They had seen me eyeing the cabinet, and asked if we would trade... Yes please! It was the clients grandmothers... So I'm thinking there's some age to it. I just love the turned legs and the detail on the bottom rail. Painted in destin gulf green by cece Caldwell, and aged with dark wax. It's in our upstairs hallway, and it's the perfect piece for the space. So pretty!

Destin gulf green wall sconce

I love this little wall sconce! I've put it up in our master bath, and now I need to find the perfect piece to display on it. I painted it in cece caldwell's destin gulf green. It's a beautiful turquoise that I darkened with wax. Adds a beautiful patina to it, don't you think?

Turquoise Duncan Phyfe!

My mom found this little table for me and it's a perfect fit in the corner of my family room! I painted it Destin gulf Greenby CC Caldwell. It's a great match with the damask curtains! The sides drop down when it's not in use. when it is in use, it'll be just the spot for my hubby and I to rest our wine and cheese while we watch movies! Love the legs and the dark wax!

Roman blinds!

I found a great tutorial on Pinterest for roman blinds! I have detested my plastic mini blinds since we moved into our home 6 months ago. So... I took them down tonight, removed the bottom piece and slide off most of the slats. I only kept on 8 of them... Evenly spaced, and hot glued them to a curtain that I had in my closet... Reattached the bottom plate and hung it back up. So much better! Love the muted tones with just a touch of shimmer. Blends in nicely with the paint color, and lets the damask curtains in our family room, remain the main attraction. I have one more panel that will finish off the 2 sides, and the blind above my kitchen sink. Exactly what I needed to finally finish off the space. What do u think?

Then sings my soul

I had a canvas waiting for me to do something creative. I needed a piece of art in my piano studio. I ripped apart an old Royal Conservatory book, And glued it onto the canvas. I then transferred a graphic of this beautiful vintage crown, And added this quote from the famous hymn " how great thou art." I love the way it turned out!

Painted chandelier

We moved about 6 months ago, and this chandelier needed an update. I painted it, and added some leftover crystals that I had. Matches my decor so much better now!

Pink bergere chair!

My daughter has had this chair in her room since the summer. I wanted to paint it white, but she insisted it be pink. I think it works! So pretty! Here she is testing it out! Now all we need to do is wallpaper that one wall in her room, and we'll be done!

China cabinet

Finally got to work on one of my one pieces. It's been staring at me for about 6 months, and I'm so glad I painted it. Finished in vintage white, with a clear wax.
